High among the branches of an old pine tree where the hotel owner, Alexandra Efstathiadou, once played, the multi-awarded Treehouse Treehouse opens a world suspended between earth and sky. Surrounded by the sea and starlight, evenings unfold like a modern fairytale. Guests may choose a mini or a full-course degustation menu, each crafted with inventive flavors and refined techniques, carefully paired with exceptional wines featuring labels from Greece and beyond (Wine-pairing is optional). Serving the entire lounge and beach area, Loligo offers a thoughtfully curated selection of coffees, refreshing beverages, unique signature cocktails & drinks and a dedicated all-day snack menu designed for grazing, sharing, or satisfying a quiet craving between swims. Light, flavorful, and uncomplicated. Relaxed by nature and unpretentious by design, Loligo is not about schedules or formality—it’s about moments. Chef Dimitris Pamporis reimagines Greek gastronomy with flair

Meet the Chef & Culinary Philosophy

Chef Dimitris Pamporis, originating from Halkidiki, is an acclaimed chef with over two decades of culinary experience. His journey includes prestigious stages at Ikarus in Austria and Auberge de l’Ill in France. Since 2015, he has led the kitchen at Ekies All Senses Resort, redefining Greek cuisine through creative techniques and the use of local ingredients. His work has earned multiple Toques d’Or and FnL awards.
